Description:Narrow Bands Of Lake Effect Snow Will Continue To Move Across The Area Through The Early Morning Hours. These Snow Bands Along With Gusty Winds Will Greatly Reduce Visibilities In Moderate To Heavy Snow And Blowing Snow. Snowfall Rates Within These Band Could Be As Much As Inch Per Hour. The Combination Of Periodic Whiteout Conditions And Snow Covered Roadways Will Make For Very Hazardous Conditions Early This Morning. Allow For Plenty Of Extra Time To Reach Your Destination.
