At Blue Star Families, our goal is to connect, support and empower military families. To further that goal, we frequently survey our members and other military families to hear your thoughts about military family issues and the resources most important to you.
In our 2009 survey, we discovered than more than 94% of military families feel that the general public does not understand or appreciate the sacrifices made by service members and their families. Yet military families are far more engaged in volunteer work in their communities than the general public, as we discovered in our 2010 survey. Military families understand the importance of community and service, perhaps because of the unique lives of service we all lead.
We want to connect you to the resources that make your military family life more sustainable and ensure that military and civilian leaders hear your unfiltered voice on the issues most important to you.
