SEPT 2010 TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING REGULAR OFFICERS ON THE ACTIVE

DUTY PROMOTION LIST (ADPL) FOR A RESERVE COMMISSION. CONSIDERATION

WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH APPROVED SEPARATION ORDERS FROM

CGPSC-OPM. IF ANY OTHER OFFICER HAS REASON TO BELIEVE HE OR SHE IS

ELIGIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED BY THIS PANEL, BUT WHOSE NAME DOES NOT

APPLICANTS MUST BE:

A. CURRENT REGULAR COAST GUARD OFFICERS WHO SUBMIT AN UNQUALIFIED

RESIGNATION OR TEMPORARY SEPARATION REQUEST APPROVED BY CGPSC-OPM IN

ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 12.A.6 OR 12.F.1 OF REF A, OR HAVE OBLIGATED

SERVICE REMAINING.

B. FORMER REGULAR OFFICERS OF THE COAST GUARD AND NAVY WITHIN ONE

YEAR OF RESIGNATION OR DISCHARGE. IF MORE THAN ONE YEAR HAS PASSED

SINCE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE RESIGNATION OR DISCHARGE, THEN

SECTION 1.C. OF REF A APPLIES.

C. CURRENT OFFICERS WHO HAVE INCURRED MULTIPLE NON-SELECTIONS AND

HAVE A PENDING DISCHARGE ON THE ADPL ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR A

RESERVE COMMISSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1.H.2 OF REF A. FOR

THESE APPLICANTS SPECIFICALLY, THE PANEL MAY RECOMMEND GRANTING A

RESERVE COMMISSION AT THE CURRENT PAY GRADE, A REDUCTION IN PAY

GRADE, OR DENIAL OF THE RESERVE COMMISSION REQUEST.

3. ALL CURRENT OFFICERS UNDER CONSIDERATION MAY SUBMIT COMMUNICATIONS

TO THE PANEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 5.A.4.E OF REF A.

COMMUNICATIONS MUST BE SENT VIA THE CHAIN OF COMMAND TO COMMANDER

(RPM), SCANNED WITH SIGNATURE AND ENDORSEMENT, AND E-MAILED TO

ARL-PF-CGPSC-RPMOER(AT)USCG.MIL. SUBMISSIONS MUST ARRIVE NLT THE

BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THE PANEL CONVENES.

4. ALL OFFICERS UNDER CONSIDERATION ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THEIR

PSC PDR TO VERIFY THEIR RECORDS PRIOR TO THE PANEL CONVENING DATE. TO
