---------------------------
At approximately 7 AM this morning Motion Center staffers were Fort Niagara State Park.
While the Toronto Ontario Canada skyline could not be seen, what could be seen were 3 - 5 foot waves.
These waves were caused by the high winds across the Lake this morning.

No boaters could be seen and traffic in the Youngstown NY area was very light.
