NAVY
Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $920,783,000 fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide Trident II (D5) missile production and deployed system support. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif.; Bangor, Wash.; Kings Bays Ga.; and Cocoa Beach, Fla., and work is expected to be completed April 30, 2016. Contract funds – $304,674,000 FY 11 O&NM and $44,000,000 FY 09 WPN funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-11-C-0100).Lockheed Martin Corp., Riviera Beach, Fla., is being awarded a $20,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order #0003 under a previously awarded contract (N00024-10-G-6306) for engineering services to support the reliability growth effort for the Remote Minehunting System. The objective of this delivery order is to perform tasks required to upgrade the Remote Minehunting System (RMS) design and vehicles in support of the RMS Reliability Growth Program, to include; engineering services, testing, program management and configuration management. Work will be performed in Riviera Beach, Fla. (90 percent), and Syracuse, N.Y. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2011. Contract funds in the amount of $3,300,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
The Camber Corp., Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a $19,397,932 modification under a previously awarded contract (N00244-07-D-0035) to exercise an option for technical and educational support services to the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Civil Military Relations education and training program. Work will be performed in Kailua, Hawaii (2 percent); Huntsville, Ala. (2 percent); Monterey, Calif. (9 percent); Tampa, Fla. (2 percent); various continental U.S. locations (17 percent); and various outside the continental U.S. locations (68 percent), and work is expected to be completed by December 2011. Contract funds will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. This effort includes services for the governments Austria, Egypt, Indonesia, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia (all less than 1 percent)under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $6,900,000 undefinitized contract action (UCA) modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-09-C-0010) for additional recurring sustainment and system engineering sustainment activities in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot IV procurement. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (35); El Segundo, Calif. (25 percent); Warton, United Kingdom (20 percent); Orlando, Fla. (10 percent); Nashua, N.H. (5 percent); and Baltimore, Md. (5 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Honeywell International, Inc., Defense and Space, Albuquerque, N.M., is being awarded a $6,567,624 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0004) for the procurement of nine T-Hawk unmanned aircraft systems and spares for the United Kingdom under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, N.M., and is expected to be completed in December 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Army Sustainment Command has a requirement to maintain authorized Army pre-positioned stocks and repair and return equipment in Doha, Qatar. The objective is to ensure equipment is received, accounted for configured, stored, maintained, issued, and readiness is reported in support of the Army’s force projection strategy. Work is to be performed in Doha, Qatar., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2015. Fifteen bids were solicited with five bids received. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Coast Produce, Los Angeles, Calif.* is being awarded a maximum $9,207,077 fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite quantity contract for fresh fruit and vegetables support. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and USDA School customers. The original proposal was Web solicited with four responses.
